Every Thursday night is 2 for 1 burger night at the Burro! Take a look at our specialty burger menu and pick two of your favorites--mix and match them if you like. We serve hand-formed 100% ground chuck patties on a serious Kaiser roll, with fresh Romaine, Marfa Farms tomatoes, real cheeses and some of the most outrageously delicious combinations you can imagine. Like the Cowboy, a bacon cheddar burger with our own homemade barbecue sauce. Or, for the more refined palette, try the Bacon Blue Baby, with blue cheese crumbles. The Put-It-In-Your-Mouth Burger has bacon and guacamole, or enjoy a classic like the Mushroom Swiss. Bring a friend to share with, make a friend on the scene, be a pig and eat them both in one sitting, or hoard one for lunch tomorrow.
